- They do not force models to make decisions against their will and they do not book any unprofessional job assignments for them.
- They are honest in informing a model whether he/she has potential or not and whether he/she is suitable for this type of job.
- They sufficiently explain all terms and modalities of this branch of trade to the model so that at least a certain amount of basic knowledge exists when it is time for the first job assignments and the excitement is therefore kept at a tolerable level.

How long does it take to get a model started?
Generally, the duration depends on the available time a prospective model has, however, the average is about 12 months and is of course always dependent on the will, talent and discipline of a model.
Which criteria should be fulfilled in order to have a good chance of succeeding?
Anyone with the respective looks and a suitable figure has good chances of modelling in the classical sense, whereas having the charisma and talent to stand in front of the camera or on a catwalk plays an important role.
Furthermore, a certain age and a minimum height are expected in this branch of trade (girls as of 1.74 cm and boys as of 1.83 cm). Despite these requirements, models that do not have these measurements also have a chance as the overall picture can always only be regarded and evaluated individually.
What does a model earn?
How much a model earns depends on the amount and volume of the job assignments and in this respect determines the market value because the degree of popularity increases. Beginners earn between 150 to 500 Euros depending on the job assignment. Models with many references and a great deal of experience can earn 500 to 5000 Euros for job assignments; moreover, fees for top models are considerably higher but are more the exception.
